'GUN BROS' BLASTS ONTO PCs VIA FACEBOOK AND MORE!  With over four million downloads under its manly belt after just three months of release on the iPhone and iPad, Gun Bros isn't slowing down for any pencil-necked geeks! That's right, not only is Gun Bros getting pumped up for an Android release, it's also going to be coming to PCs via social gaming networks like Facebook, Wild Tangent and hi5!

DEFEND MIDDLE-EARTH WITH 'THE LORD OF THE RINGS'!  J.R.R. Tolkien’s classic tale of The Lord of the Rings has long since conquered literature and film, and now fans can experience the story-driven epic with its tower-defense debut on iPhone and iPad! To ensure that The Lord of the Rings: Middle-earth Defense offered an authentic experience that would resonate with fans of both the books and the movies, writers James McDonough and Adam Patyk of THE ENEMY (Transformers, Superman/Batman: Heroes United and more) were asked to merge the title’s gameplay mechanics with the LotR story—resulting in a game that Touch Arcade says does “a great job of maintaining the standards of the license” with story elements that are “well written and give context to your encounters.”
With four-star ratings in the iTunes App Store, the response to the game has already been louder than a party of Orcs! IGN Wireless notes that Middle-earth Defense is bound to appeal to fans “thanks to a great use of the Lord of the Rings license,” while Touch My Apps calls it a “top-notch game” for “taking key events and portraying them from such an original angle.”

CATCH THE FEVER IN 'SUPERMARKET MANIA 2'!  Supermarket Mania 2 (the sequel to the multi-million-downloaded original) has just arrived for the PC with an all-new tale that takes heroine Nikki, supermarket manager extraordinaire, out west to revitalize her uncle’s grocery store chain! SMM2 brings back old friends (and old enemies) as it introduces some new faces—and even a bit of romance—in its fun-filled story mode, scripted by none other than James McDonough and Adam Patyk of THE ENEMY (Looney Tunes: Monster Match, Watchmen: The Mobile Game)!
Game Vortex awarded Supermarket Mania 2 a rating of 90 out of 100, calling it “bright, cheery” and “great fun,” while GameZone labeled it a “solid” release “that will test both your mental and finger dexterity” as its “quirky” comic story helps “move the game along.” Last but not least, Game Tycoon says SMM2 is “a really fun time management game that surpasses the original.”

'GUN BROS' FIRES ANOTHER ROUND!  The weapon-toting, fried steak-eating adventures of manly-men Percy and Francis Gun keep getting even bigger and badder, and the latest update to Gun Bros for iPad and iPhone is no exception, packing even more punch into this arcade shooter! With tongue planted firmly in cheek, Gun Bros features the ongoing fight between the evil minions of T.O.O.L. and the good guys of F.R.A.G.G.E.D., as scripted by James McDonough and Adam Patyk of THE ENEMY (G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra and The Dark Knight for mobile)! Gamezebo gave the title four-and-a-half stars, noting that Gun Bros “has this cool fun vibe that is really exemplified in the game’s plot line.”
Players seem to agree, and Gun Bros has also racked up a four-and-a-half-star rating at the App Store, with posters wishing they “could give it more stars because it deserves them all.” Slide To Play labeled the game a “Must Have” with “surprising depth” for its gameplay genre, adding that “any action gamer would be overjoyed with Gun Bros.” Who are we to argue?
